Local Pick Up & Warehouse In-Store Shopping

You are welcome to pre-pay and local pick up or to shop in-store. 
NOTE: If SEQ is in a lock-down our warehouse will be closed to the public. But you can still order local-pick up for curbside collection.
If you order LOCAL PICK UP - please wait for our confirmation email that we have your order ready for collection.

Shipping Times

Orders are dispatched daily - we aim to ship orders within 24 of receiving (Mon-Fri only).
STANDARD POST:  4-10 BUSINESS days Australia wide (may take longer for country/rural areas and islands)
EXPRESS POST:  1-3 BUSINESS days Australia wide (may take longer for country/rural areas and islands)
INTERNATIONAL:  International Shipping is dependent on the delivery country. Please note that international parcels may incur taxes/duties payable in your country. You will be advised of this via email once your order has been shipped. 
NOTE: International shipments due to covid delays and reduced flights please allow an additional 10 BUSINESS days from regular estimates for delivery

Please note: BUSINESS days exclude weekends and public holidays and delivery times are strictly approximates. 

If there are any delivery delays on your product, for example out of stock items that we have under production, then we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of this delay.


Due to the current situations surrounding COVID-19, our couriers are experiencing a dramatic influx of parcels. As a result of this, parcel delivery may be delayed and we ask you to please be patient with us as we are doing everything we can to minimise these delays. International Shipping has been especially affected at this time due to regular flight changes and global government restrictions. Please see below for our adjusted delivery time estimates.

International Shipping 

For international shipping, all prices are calculated by weight. Once you have added your item/s to your cart and proceed to check out, shipping costs will be automatically corrected. Any discrepancies regarding your shipping price will be dealt with immediately. 

International Customs Duty / Taxes & GST / VAT

Customs Duties, Taxes, GST and/or VAT may be applicable to delivery within some countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your local country's laws regarding these fees.

Can't locate your parcel?

1:  Check your tracking number online (if you can't find the email please check your spam folder)
2:  Check your letterbox, front door, behind a pot plant, etc. Often couriers will place your parcel in a safe spot out of sight if you are not home.
3:  Contact Courier - their direct numbers are on the email confirmation
4:  Still no luck contact us and we will try and locate your parcel
