Returns & Exchanges
Island Style Clothing is happy to accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 28 days of purchase.
Any eligible full price purchases qualify for either an exchange or a refund. Sale items are final, and not available for return or refund. For us to be able to accept your return, it must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags attached and free of any foreign smells/marks. We do reserve the right to refuse a return (subject to our absolute discretion) if we feel any of these terms are not met, or in some cases, they will attract an Admin and Restocking Charge of $10 if staff have to iron and refold stock.
If you receive your order and you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange for any eligible garments, provided they are returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we make no charge to mail exchanged items back to you via Express Courier service within Australia. However, any exchanges for overseas deliveries will attract a flat-rate fee of $25 AUD.
There are two options for our exchange service, dependant on what suits your circumstances:
- You can return your items to our warehouse, and once they arrive your exchanged items will be sent back to you within 48 hours. (Please include your name and a note with return, outlining which size you want to exchange to);
- If you are in a rush and need the exchanged items immediately, just jump onto our website: www.islandstyleclothing.com.au to purchase your required products, select LOCAL PICK UP (Our free shipping option), and our team will have your order sent out Express Post the same day (if the order is placed before 2:30 pm). Then, just send your unwanted items back to our warehouse, and our team will issue you a refund once received.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund for the cost of the goods, as long as the return is received within 28 days from the original purchase. Please ensure you include a copy of your invoice or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will credit the card originally used to place your order, or your initial payment type, within 2 business days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.
While we pride ourselves on ensuring our clothing is of a high standard, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is faulty, please send a message, description and photo to our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org who can help issue a full refund or send a replacement to you.
