Returns & Exchanges
Island Style Clothing is happy to accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Any eligible full-price purchases qualify for either an exchange or a refund. Sale items are final, and not available for return or refund. For us to be able to accept your return, it must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags attached and free of any foreign smells/marks. We do reserve the right to refuse a return (subject to our absolute discretion) if we feel any of these terms are not met, or in some cases, they will attract an Admin and Restocking Charge of $10 if staff have to iron and refold stock.
If you receive your order and you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange for any eligible garments, provided they are returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we make no charge to mail exchanged items back to you via Express Courier service within Australia. Please be aware that for international exchanges, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will always directly contact any international customers to confirm sizes before shipping your parcel as it is a very expensive and lengthy process.
There are two options for our exchange service, dependant on individual circumstances:
- You can return your items to our warehouse address and once they arrive your exchanged items will be sent back to you within 48 hours. (Please include your name and a note with return, outlining which size you want to exchange for);
- If you are in a rush and need the exchanged items immediately, just jump onto our website www.islandstyleclothing.com.au to purchase your required products and sizes. Select LOCAL PICK UP (Our free shipping option) at checkout, and our team will have your order sent out Express Post the same day (providing your order is placed and paid for before 2:30 pm AEST). Then, just send your unwanted items back to our warehouse, and our team will issue you the necessary refunds once received.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund for the cost of the goods, as long as the return is received within 28 days from the original purchase. Please ensure you include a copy of your invoice or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will issue your credit directly using the payment method originally used to place your order, or your initial payment type, within 2 business days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will exclusively cover the cost of items returned and not include freight charge.
While we pride ourselves on ensuring our clothing is of a high standard, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is faulty, please send a message, description, and photo to our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org who can help issue a full refund or send a replacement to you.
