All services provided by Island Style Clothing Pty Ltd automatically apply the conditions as outlined in the Island Style Clothing Pty Ltd Terms of Service.

How to Order

Ordering with Island Style Clothing is easy. Just browse our extensive range of quality goods, then add to cart. Follow the step-by-step checkout process including your delivery address and contact details, along with payment options and credit card details.

Payment Methods

Island Style Clothing Pty Ltd provides four other payment options:

Paypal (via website)
Credit Card (via website) We accept Visa or Mastercard. No Amex or Diners Card
Direct Deposit
Cash on Pick Up

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, simply contact us. You will receive a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to have your item in stock, however sometimes that item will run out. We will inform you immediately if your choice is unavailable and an estimated time frame of delivery delay, and in the case of items that have already been paid for in full, we will offer you a refund of your money using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the products or you may choose another item we do have in stock. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Postage and Packaging

We use Regular Mail, Tracked Mail or Express Post by Australia Post or a Courier for all of our deliveries. All express and tracked orders we send you tracking information so you can follow progress onlien.

Delivery Times

Orders despatched daily paid by 2.30pm AEST (Queensland time )
Regular Post 4-10 days Australia wide (longer for country areas)
Express Post 1-2 days Australia wide (longer for country areas)
(excluding weekends or public holidays)

If there are any delays on your product, for example out of stock items that we have under production, then we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of this delay.

Returns Policy

The Island Style Clothing Pty Ltd philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 7 days to return the item to Island Style Clothing Pty Ltd. Please note that the original cost of postage will not be refunded for change of mind. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without any extra postal charges.

PLEASE carefully check the sizing guides to ensure you have selected the correct size to avoid unnecessary returns.

All returned items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging with tags. NOTE: If item is returned out of packaging and has to be IRONED & REPACKED you will be charged a $10 RESTOCKING FEE per item.
