Yes — we specialise in custom face shirts featuring uploaded photos, faces, pets, logos, and personalised graphics. Our Australian design team can turn your images into a fun repeating Hawaiian-style pattern that’s perfect for bucks parties, birthdays, cruises, festivals, sporting trips, and group events. We can also combine faces with tropical graphics, themed artwork, and custom text.

Our standard minimum order quantity for custom face shirts is 20 pieces per design. Orders can include mixed sizes and styles across men’s and women’s garments if required. Many groups also order matching shorts, bucket hats, and coordinated accessories to create a complete custom party outfit or event merchandise range.

For the best print quality, we recommend supplying clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and minimal blur. Front-facing images generally work best for custom face Hawaiian shirts because they are easier to crop and repeat throughout the design. If you are unsure about your images, our design team can help review them before production begins.

We primarily use breathable cotton and rayon fabrics because they are lightweight, comfortable, and ideal for parties, holidays, and warm-weather events. Cotton provides durability and structure, while rayon offers a softer relaxed drape. Our natural-fibre face shirts are designed to feel cooler and more comfortable than many novelty polyester shirts.

Most custom face shirt orders take approximately 6–8 weeks from artwork approval and deposit payment through to production completion. Shipping time is additional depending on your location and order size. If your shirts are needed for a birthday, cruise, bucks party, festival, or holiday, we recommend enquiring early to allow enough production time.
