Custom Hawaiian Shirts & Custom Orders

Shipping for fully custom orders varies depending on the order size, garment type, destination and freight requirements.

Shipping costs will be confirmed in your individual quotation.

Where free shipping is included, this will be clearly stated in your quote.

Shipping prices may change if the order quantity, destination or freight requirements change.

Delivery & Tracking

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Courier delays, weather, public holidays, regional locations and international customs processing may affect delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will assist with investigating it with the courier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

We primarily use Australia Post for domestic orders.

International and custom orders may be shipped with Australia Post, DHL Express or another suitable courier, depending on the destination and order requirements.
