If there are any delivery delays on your product, for example out of stock items that we have under production, then we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of this delay.
If you are not going to be home in time for delivery, you can request to add an 'Authority To Leave' note on your order by simply adding 'ATL' at the beginning of your address. By choosing this option, Island style Clothing and the courier are not responsible if your package is stolen from your property. Dispatch & Cut-Off Times:
Please allow up to 7 days for the dispatch of your order during this extremely busy sale time. Our warehouse team is working as fast as they can to get your pieces dispatched and delivered ASAP. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or weekend will be sent Monday.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Combining Orders
We do NOT combine orders. If you place two orders you will receive two parcels.
Couriers
We use Australia Post as our designated courier for most domestic and international Orders either Australia Post or DHL Express Courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email, with a tracking number to follow your parcel with the courier. If you don't receive this email, please check your SPAM and/or JUNK folder as it may get filtered in there.
