We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! At Island Style Clothing, we offer 30-day returns for a full refund or store credit, provided your item meets the conditions below.

Australian Customers
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
1. Complete Online Returns Portal
Click “Start Return” and follow the steps to complete our online returns portal. Choose whether you would like a Refund or Store Credit.
2. Print & Attach Returns Label
Package your unworn item(s) with their original tags attached in the original mailer. Cover the original shipping label and attach your new printed return label.
3. Post The Parcel
Drop off your return to your nearest Post Office or Red Street Post Box and we will be in touch when we've received and processed your return!
Important Notes
Conditions
We offer refunds and store credits subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Items must be free from makeup, perfumes, pet hair, or signs of wear.
2) Must be returned within 30 days of purchase - start your return here.
Cost of Returns - $9.50
A $9.50 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit to cover the cost of shipping. Please allow 10 days for the return parcel to reach us. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Sale/Clearance Items
Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for Refunds. Please check individual Product Description to see what is Final Sale. Size guides can be found on all product pages. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment.
Exchanges
Due to fast turnaround times, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend requesting a refund or store credit and placing a new order.
Faulty Items
While we pride ourselves on ensuring our clothing is of a high standard, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is faulty, please email us at support@islandstyleclothing.com.au with supporting images so we can determine the appropriate next course of action. All items will be assessed and if deemed faulty by ISC a full refund will be issued or a replacement sent out to you with express shipping. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• To start a return, please email us at support@Islandstyleclothing.com.au with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we’re unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
