AUD prices are per bucket hat, include GST and are based on your total bucket hat quantity. Custom bucket hats are priced separately from our custom shirts and shorts, with a minimum order of 50 bucket hats.

Custom Shirt Pricing FAQs
Our custom shirt pricing starts at $65 AUD per piece for orders of 20–49 garments, with the price per piece reducing as your total order quantity increases. Orders of 50–74 pieces are $60 each, with further bulk pricing available for larger quantities. Australian pricing includes GST. For orders of 500 pieces or more, contact our team for a tailored volume quote based on your requirements.
The minimum order for our fully custom shirts is 20 pieces per custom design. You do not need to order 20 identical garments. Eligible men's, women's and kids' shirts and men's shorts can be combined within the same design to reach the minimum. This makes custom orders suitable for businesses, clubs, teams, events and groups needing different fits and sizes while maintaining one coordinated design.
Yes. You can mix eligible men's, women's and kids' shirts and men's shorts within the same custom design. For example, a 20-piece order could include 8 men's shirts, 4 women's shirts, 6 men's shorts and 2 kids' shirts. Your pricing tier is based on the total eligible quantity ordered, rather than the quantity of each individual garment style. Custom bucket hats are priced separately.
Your custom shirt price includes much more than adding a logo to a ready-made shirt. Our Australian design team develops your artwork into a custom all-over pattern, provides digital garment mock-ups for approval and prepares your approved design for production. Your garments are then printed, cut, sewn and quality checked. There is no separate custom design fee, helping keep the quoting process clear and straightforward.
Standard custom shirt production is approximately 6–8 weeks after your artwork and order details have been finalised and approved. If your shirts are required for a conference, event, club function or other fixed date, include the date when requesting your quote. Our team can then confirm whether there is enough time for design, production and delivery before you proceed with the order.
Yes. Our custom shirt pricing is quantity based, so the price per piece decreases as your order gets larger. Bulk pricing applies across eligible garment styles within the same custom design, making larger orders more cost-effective for companies, clubs, organisations and major events.
