What is the minimum order for Christmas shirts?

The minimum order is 10 shirts in the same Christmas pattern. Orders currently start at $50 per shirt including GST, making the minimum 10-shirt order $500. Larger groups may receive a lower price per shirt, depending on the final quantity. Your exact group pricing and available garment styles will be confirmed after we review your enquiry.

Can I mix men’s, women’s and kids’ shirts?

Yes. Men’s, women’s and kids’ shirts in the same Christmas pattern can be combined to reach the 10-piece minimum. Men’s shirts are available in S–6XL, women’s cut shirts in S–3XL and kids’ shirts in sizes 1–14. Available styles will be confirmed before payment, and you can mix different sizes across your group order.

How do I order made-to-order Christmas shirts?

Submit the enquiry form with your approximate quantity, preferred garment styles, required date and delivery location. You do not need every individual size for your first enquiry. We will confirm pricing and availability before collecting your final size breakdown. Your order and invoice will then be created manually, and production will begin after the details and payment have been confirmed.

How long will my Christmas shirt order take?

Production takes approximately 6-7 weeks from final order confirmation and payment, with shipping time additional. These Christmas shirts are made specifically for your group and are not held as ready stock. Required dates must be reviewed and confirmed by our team before ordering, so we strongly recommend enquiring early during the busy Christmas production period.

Can I add a logo or change the Christmas pattern?

The Christmas shirt designs shown on these product pages are supplied as displayed unless otherwise stated. For shirts featuring your company logo, team branding, personalised graphics or an original Christmas pattern, choose our fully custom Christmas shirt service. Custom-designed Hawaiian shirts have a minimum order of 20 pieces and include assistance from our Australian in-house design team.

Can I return or exchange made-to-order shirts?

Because every shirt is produced specifically for your group, we cannot accept returns or size exchanges for incorrect sizing, ordering errors or change of mind. Please review the relevant size guides and check all quantities carefully before approving your order.
