All Design Your Own shirts are made especially for your order.

Please allow approximately 7–9 weeks for production before dispatch from the time your order and artwork are ready to proceed.

If you have a specific event or required delivery date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

For the best result, upload clear, high-quality logos, photos or graphics.

Your live preview is a visual representation only. Pattern and logo placement will vary on the finished shirt.

If your crop or background removal isn’t quite right, you can still place your order. Leave us an order note or email us and we’ll make any necessary adjustments before production.

Free delivery is included for orders within Australia.

Once production is complete, your order will be packed and dispatched to your nominated delivery address. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are additional to the production timeframe.

International delivery is also available, with shipping calculated based on your destination.

As these shirts are custom made specifically for you:

• Changes may not be possible once your order has entered production.
• Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
• Colours may vary slightly between your screen preview and the finished printed fabric.
• Pattern and artwork placement may vary slightly between individual garments.
• You must have permission to use any logos, images or artwork uploaded as part of your design.
