Our standard minimum order quantity for custom surf club shirts is 20 pieces per design. Orders can include mixed sizes and styles across men’s, women’s, and kids’ garments if needed. Many surf clubs also order matching shorts, bucket hats, polos, and event apparel to create a complete coordinated club range.

We primarily use breathable cotton and rayon fabrics because they are lightweight, comfortable, and suited to warm coastal conditions. Cotton provides durability and structure, while rayon offers a softer relaxed drape. Our natural-fibre surf club shirts are designed for comfort during patrol events, beach functions, travel, and summer celebrations.

Most custom surf club shirt orders take approximately 6–8 weeks from artwork approval and deposit payment through to production completion. Shipping time is additional depending on your location and order size.
