Our Australian-based design team can incorporate aircraft, military vehicles, unit colours, mascots, maps, tropical graphics, slogans, and themed artwork into a unique design. Whether you want something professional, humorous, retro, or tropical, we can help create military apparel that reflects your group identity while still being comfortable and wearable.

Our standard minimum order quantity for custom military shirts is 20 pieces per design. This minimum can include mixed sizes and styles across men’s, women’s, and kids’ garments if required. Many defence groups order shirts for deployment trips, reunions, military social events, cruises, squadron functions, and unit merchandise. Larger orders also qualify for bulk pricing discounts.

Most custom military shirt orders take approximately 7–8 weeks from design approval and deposit payment through to production completion. Shipping time is additional depending on your location and preferred delivery method. If your order is needed for a deployment, reunion, event, or military function, we recommend enquiring early so there is enough time for design revisions, production, and shipping.

We primarily use breathable cotton and rayon fabrics for our custom military shirts. Cotton is durable and structured, making it a great choice for regular wear, while rayon offers a softer lightweight feel with a relaxed drape. Unlike many polyester novelty shirts, our natural-fibre garments are designed for comfort in warm climates, long events, cruises, deployment trips, and casual military functions.
