STANDARD POST: 4-12 Business Days*
EXPRESS POST: 1-4 Business Days*
INTERNATIONAL: Please allow an additional 5-10 BUSINESS days from regular estimates for delivery - due to Covid-19 there are fewer flights therefore freight is slower than usual.

All orders received and paid before 1.30 pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day otherwise it will be sent out the next business day.
We use either Toll Express Couriers or Australia Post as our designated couriers.

Flate Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for both our express and standard postage services within Australia. These prices are for unlimited items.
REGULAR POST: $10 Flat Rate
EXPRESS POST: $15 Flat Rate
If you are not going to be home in time for delivery, you can request to add an 'Authority To Leave' note on your order by simply adding 'ATL' at the beginning of your address. If you have any other special requirements, please email us directly at email@example.com or by phone at 0498 116 390.
For international shipping, all prices are calculated by weight. Once you have added your item/s to your cart and proceed to check out, shipping costs will be automatically corrected. Any discrepancies regarding your shipping price will be dealt with immediately.
International Customs Duty / Taxes & GST / VAT
Customs Duties, Taxes, GST and/or VAT may be applicable to delivery within some countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your local country laws regarding these fees.
Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You will not be able to track your parcel until 5 pm AEST.
